Painting a roof depends a lot on the preparation of the roof

Tile Roof Painting

First we thoroughly clean your roof. Then we repair and replace broken or chipped tiles before we waterproof the roof where necessary. The roof is then painted with a high quality acrylic roof paint such as Plascon, Universal or Dulux.

Iron Roof Painting

Iron roof painting needs much the same preparation as a tile roof. Firstly the roof is thoroughly cleaned and all flaking paint removed before the rusted areas are treated and repaired. Roof screws are then replaced or secured and a one-coat primer than applied before the roof is painted with two coats of a UV resistant acrylic paint such as Plascon, Universal or Dulux.

Torch-On Maintenance

Torch-on maintenance refers to laps that are fused by means of heat fusion and then painted with a UV resistant silver paint. This maintenance should be done every 4-years, however a flat concrete roof that has been waterproofed with a torch-on waterproofing system, can carry a 12-year guarantee if regular maintenance is been done and if the application has been done correctly.
